Hey SOYMILKians, how's everyone? It's been a long time since the last update on cell group. So here's one for the people who are in Japan, Malaysia and Thailand, for those who are having their 'A' levels, and for those who weren't able to make it.

We met at Bedok church building today. We played a game of Skipbo before cell started. During cell, we sang songs and shared about our week. Not too different from most cell group meetings. Then it was time for our lesson.

Rob Bell brought us through the lesson. The title was "Noise". The gist of the lesson was to find God in silence and in solitude. Here are some of the bible verses he used.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest." - Matthew 11:28

"Search your hearts and be silent." - Psalm 4:4

"But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed." - Luke 5:16

"The LORD said, "Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the LORD, for the LORD is about to pass by."
Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire.
